Big Laser Co. uses this site to sell made-to-order physical goods, collect project inquiries, and provide design tools that help customers create custom work. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, shipping address, account profile information, subscriptions and marketing preferences, project details, uploaded files, prompts, chats, design settings, approvals, and messages sent through forms or design tools. We may retain partial form, cart, design, or checkout entries even if you do not finish or purchase.

When you place an order, payment information may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. We and our providers may receive and retain payment method, token, status, receipt, billing, shipping, dispute, risk, and fraud-prevention information according to the checkout flow, provider settings, and applicable law.

We also collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referrer, request and click-path logs, page views, performance measurements, timestamps, cookie and storage identifiers, campaign and advertising attribution, error logs, audit logs, abuse signals, generated previews, export events, and usage metrics. We may receive information from payment, authentication, hosting, email, analytics, advertising, AI/design, shipping, fulfillment, security, public-source, and other providers, and may derive or infer information from the data described in this policy.

How We Use Information

Design Tool Inputs, Uploads, And Outputs

If you use a Big Laser Co. design tool, you give us permission to process, store, review, reproduce, modify, and use your prompts, uploads, generated previews, configuration settings, chats, metadata, and outputs to operate the tool, fulfill orders, improve the tool, detect abuse, and protect Big Laser Co.

We may retain this information for as long as we determine it is useful or legally appropriate. We may review tool activity manually. We may refuse, cancel, or remove designs or orders that appear unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or outside what we are willing to make.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, cart state, checkout handoff, security, preferences, site operation, page-view and performance measurement, analytics, campaign attribution, personalization, advertising, and marketing. Providers such as Stripe, Supabase, and other current or future vendors may set or receive their own cookies or technical identifiers under their own policies.

Service Providers

We use vendors and infrastructure providers to run, protect, analyze, advertise, market, support, and develop the site and business, including payment processing, authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, email delivery, advertising, AI/design tools, security, shipping, and fulfillment support. Current major providers may include Stripe, Supabase, DigitalOcean, GitHub, Resend or another email provider, Google services, AI/design providers, and related infrastructure vendors.

We may sell, rent, share, license, disclose, or otherwise make information available for advertising, analytics, marketing, lead generation, business development, product or service improvement, commercial transactions, or other business purposes where permitted by applicable law. Depending on the law and the activity, some disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising even when no money changes hands.

Recipients may include service providers, payment processors, authentication providers, email providers, hosting and storage providers, shipping or fulfillment partners, advertisers, advertising and analytics providers, AI/design providers, security vendors, customers, business partners, professional advisors, government or legal authorities, transaction counterparties, and other parties involved in operating or developing the business.

We may also share or publish project images, previews, finished-product photos, visible project text, and same-or-similar BLC product examples for portfolio, gallery, marketing, social proof, product development, internal training, and AI/software evaluation purposes, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards for the size and nature of the business. No internet service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for using the site only through trusted devices and networks.

Storage, Processing, And Retention

Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries or jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. We may retain information indefinitely where permitted by applicable law, including for operations, production, records, analytics, advertising, marketing, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, backups, tool and product improvement, contracts, enforcement, and dispute handling. We may delete information at our discretion and will delete it when applicable law requires, subject to permitted exceptions.

You can choose not to provide some information, but some features may not work without it. Marketing emails will provide an opt-out method when required by applicable law. We may continue to send transactional, account, security, billing, order, project, support, and other service communications where permitted.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Requests may require verification and remain subject to legal, tax, accounting, production, dispute, security, fraud, backup, abuse-prevention, and operational exceptions. We process legally recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, when required by applicable law, and respond within the time applicable law requires.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the site or submit information if you are under 13.
