Front Range · Mountain venues · Ships nationwide
Wedding décor for Colorado weddings.
Every piece we make — engraved coasters, place cards, book invitations, guest books, seating charts, welcome signage — is designed and cut in our Loveland studio. Colorado couples get local pickup and in-person coordination; everyone else gets careful packing and a tracking number. Same pieces, same care, anywhere in the US.
Logistics
Pick it up in Loveland, or we ship it — your call.
For Front Range couples, local pickup in Loveland is the simple path: no shipping risk for fragile pieces, and a chance to see and feel the work before the wedding week. The balance on a wedding project is due one week before delivery or pickup, so the handoff is already settled by then.
Shipped orders are packed for the piece — engraved slate rides differently than a leather-bound guest book — and go anywhere in the United States. For mountain venues, we can also ship directly to the venue when they accept deliveries ahead of the day; that’s often easier than carrying a seating chart up a canyon road.
Large installations are the one genuinely local category: those are scheduled, quoted, and coordinated individually.
Venues & season
Built for the venue it’s going to live in.
Colorado weddings run the whole range — mountain lodges, barns on the plains, downtown galleries, brewery taprooms, botanic gardens. The venue changes the right answer: engraved wood and slate suit a lodge or barn and shrug off an outdoor cocktail hour; black acrylic place cards photograph crisply in a modern room; leather pieces age into heirlooms wherever they land. Tell us the venue and we’ll steer the materials.
Colorado’s wedding season stacks up from late spring through early fall, and our production calendar fills the same way. The minimum is three weeks from a locked design; a couple months of runway is the comfortable amount, especially for bespoke book work and anything tied to a strong theme.
The pieces couples actually order.
