Sign off on the final proof. 50% deposit starts production; balance on shipment.

We cut, sand, finish, pack, and ship. Tracked. You get photos before it leaves.

How far in advance do I need to order?
Most pieces are 2–3 weeks once the design is locked. Book invitations are 4 weeks. For peak season (May–October) add a week. Tell us your date early.
Do you handle quantities above 200?
Yes. Large runs are scheduled into production batches; we confirm timing on the quote.
Can you match a specific theme or style?
Usually yes. Share inspiration images and your color palette with your inquiry.
How many design revisions are included?
Three revisions are included on every custom piece. We go back and forth until it's right — most pieces land in one or two rounds.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
SVG, PDF, or AI are ideal. We can also work from high-resolution PNG/JPG if the artwork is clean.
