Lead time

Three weeks minimum once the design is locked.

The best time to reach out is a couple months before your event. That gives us room to understand the style, match the rest of your wedding, proof the design, order materials, and make the piece without turning it into a fire drill.

Wedding work asks for more feeling: theme, venue, colors, family details, and the small choices that make the work feel like yours. Our leather pieces are a specialty here: book invitations, guest books, tags, wrap details, and keepsakes that age into the story instead of disappearing after the reception.

Bespoke pieces for the whole day.

Four steps from idea to in-hand.

Every wedding piece starts with a conversation: date, venue, colors, theme, and the parts you already know you love. Bring the Pinterest board. Bring the invitation suite. Bring the reference you are worried is too specific. That is usually where the good stuff is hiding, especially for bespoke laser and leather work.

  1. Drop us a line

Share your date, venue, guest count, and what you are imagining. Inspiration images, Pinterest boards, dimensions, color palettes, and examples from your invitation suite help us quote faster.

  2. We reply with a quote

We’ll send a quote once we understand scope, materials, timing, and the design direction. Three revisions are included on bespoke pieces.

  3. Approve & pay

50% due at signing to reserve production time. The remaining balance is due one week before delivery or pickup. For larger projects or events more than six months out, ask about payment arrangements.

  4. Cut & ship

We cut, finish, pack, and ship to your door, or coordinate local pickup when that makes more sense.

The answers we give most often.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Plan on at least three weeks from the day the design is locked, not from the first inquiry. Reaching out a couple months before the event is ideal, especially for premium book work, seating charts, welcome displays, and anything with a strong theme. Rush work can sometimes happen, but weddings need more coordination than most business jobs.

Do you handle quantities above 200?

Yes — larger runs are what we’re built for. Bigger projects get scheduled into production batches; we confirm timing on the quote.

Can you match a specific theme or style?

Usually yes. The best thing you can send is a Pinterest board, invitation suite, venue photos, color palette, floral plan, dress-code notes, or examples of the mood you want. Mountain lodge, library romance, garden party, celestial, western black-tie, vintage travel, leather-bound keepsakes - the clearer the world is, the better the piece gets.

How many design revisions are included?

Three revisions are included on every bespoke piece. We go back and forth until it's right — most pieces land in one or two rounds.

Tell us your date and what you're imagining.

A few quick details and a sentence or two about the day. The more you share, the faster we can tell you if we’re the right fit.
