Colorado weddings · Breckenridge & Summit County

Wedding décor for Summit County.

Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper — Summit County is Colorado’s busiest mountain-wedding corridor, and it runs the whole budget: a box of engraved coasters for a barn dinner, black acrylic place cards for a lodge reception, a guest book that outlasts a mountaintop-deck ceremony. We make all of it in our Loveland studio, pack it properly, and ship it to you, your planner, or the venue — timed to the wedding week. Not a Colorado wedding? Everything here ships nationwide.

Summit County logistics

Engraved for altitude, shipped for the wedding week.

A mountaintop deck at four in the afternoon is a genuine materials test: gusts that flip paper signage, alpine sun that washes out printed pieces, temperature swings between ceremony and last dance. Engraving sidesteps all of it — the mark is cut into slate, wood, leather, or acrylic, so there’s nothing to fade, peel, or wash off — and slate and wood carry enough weight to stay put. Lighter pieces get planned for the setting: acrylic place cards on linen indoors, or anchored properly if the seating display lives outside. Tell us where each piece sits and we build for it.

Summit County is hours from our Loveland studio, so these orders run on careful packing and shipping, not pickup. Finished work goes to you, to your planner, or — since many venues accept deliveries a day or two ahead — straight to the lodge. The catalog covers the corridor’s whole budget range: wedding-tier coasters and acrylic place cards through miniature book table numbers, engraved guest books, and the luxury book-stack. One honest warning: summer and early fall book heavily up here. Three weeks from a locked design is the minimum, and a couple months of runway is the comfortable amount.

Summit County questions.

Can you ship directly to a Breckenridge or Keystone venue?

Often, yes — many venues accept deliveries a day or two ahead of the event. Confirm with your coordinator, and we’ll address the shipment to you, your planner, or the venue, packed for the piece and timed to arrive before the wedding week starts. The balance settles a week before delivery, so nothing’s outstanding while you’re in the mountains.

What actually survives outdoors at a Summit County venue?

Slate and engraved wood are the workhorses — the mark is cut into the material, so alpine sun and temperature swings can’t fade or peel it, and both have real weight against afternoon gusts. Acrylic reads beautifully but is light; on an exposed deck it wants stands or anchoring. Tell us the setting on the quote form and we’ll spec for it.

Where does the budget range start and end?

Wider than you might expect. Wedding-tier coasters are $9 each at a 20-piece minimum (slate +$2), black acrylic place cards $4.50 each from a dozen, and miniature book table numbers $65 per book. Engraved guest books start at $185; the luxury book-stack version runs $1,000–$2,000. Runs of 200+ pieces are welcome, with a 50% deposit at signing.

Tell us the deck, the barn, or the lodge.

Date, guest count, indoors or out, and whether the venue takes deliveries ahead of the day. We’ll steer the materials for the weather, time the shipping to the week, and quote anything from coasters to the guest book.
