An outdoor ceremony by the Arkansas comes with conditions attached: afternoon gusts, intense alpine sun, and a real temperature swing between the ceremony and the last dance. Engraving is built for that — the mark is cut into the material, so nothing fades, peels, or washes off, and slate and wood carry enough weight to stay where you set them. Lighter pieces like acrylic place cards just need anchoring, which we’ll flag when you tell us the setting. Rustic here means honest materials, not rope-and-burlap styling — engraved baltic birch and slate read like the landscape.
Logistics are honest too: the valley is hours from our Loveland studio, so we don’t pretend pickup is the convenient path. Instead the finished work is packed to survive the trip and shipped to you, to your planner, or — many venues accept deliveries a day or two ahead — directly to the venue. Build in runway: production takes a minimum of three weeks from a locked design, and a couple of months is the comfortable version. And valley weddings run small as often as large — coasters start at a three-pack, and a guest book works at any guest count.
