A terrace ceremony above the valley is spectacular and exposed in equal measure. Afternoon gusts arrive on their own schedule, alpine sun is intense, and the temperature swings between the processional and the last dance. Engraving is built for exactly this: the mark is cut into the material, so there’s nothing to fade, peel, or wash off, and slate and wood carry enough weight to stay put on a windy table. Lighter pieces — acrylic place cards, small signage — get planned with anchoring in mind. Tell us the setting and we design for it.
The logistics are honest: our studio is in Loveland, Colorado, hours from the Vail Valley, so these orders ship — packed for the piece and sent to you, your planner, or the venue itself. Many mountain venues accept deliveries a day or two ahead, so the guest book isn’t competing with the dress for carry-on space, and the balance settles a week before delivery, keeping the wedding week clear. The aesthetic, meanwhile, is our home ground: an engraved leather guest book or miniature book table numbers belong in a room built of timber and stone.
